  2. How do I play DVDs?

    3. To play the DVDs, you need a DVD player or a DVD drive connected to your computer or TV.

    Our DVD disk is in NTSC format (North America TV format), REGION 0 (no DVD region locking).

    For Europe, Australia, South America and Asian knitters: Please make sure your DVD player supports NTSC DVDs that can covert NTSC TV signal into European PAL or SEACAM TV signal. (You can get this information from your DVD user manual or check with your with your local retailer.) In case your DVD player does not support NTSC DVD, you may want to use your computer to view the DVD.

  4. After I inserted the DVD into my DVD player, why did it start to play from the middle of a chapter?

    5. Most DVD players have a built-in memory function that automatically plays the DVD video from the point that it was stopped at previously. You may press the ëMenuí button on your DVD remote controller, and your DVD player should return to main menu.

    If you press the "Menu" button before you "Eject" the DVD disk from DVD player, this problem will not occur again.

  5. Is this knitting instructional DVD for beginners?

    6. You will need basic knitting knowledge and preferably some hands-on experience. This DVD is made for those who are looking for fine finishing techniques and for those who want different ways to transform cardigans, pullovers and almost any project into professional looking pieces.
